Versa black screen

My versa has a black screen, I’ve tried the 3 button reset but it remains black. can anyone please help?

I've seen you got in touch with our Support Team regarding this matter. Thanks for your question about why we offered a discount towards a new Fitbit product instead of a replacement of your existing Fitbit product. Our limited warranty provides repair or replacement of products that have a defect while still in the warranty period. Your device is out of the warranty period, and therefore is not eligible for repair or replacement, but we want to offer you a discount to thank you for your loyalty to Fitbit.

The same thing happened to me today. Had been working fine. Now will not charge or

turn on.

Dear Mr Fitbit

im not happy with the situation. This was a replacement unit because the first one was faulty. I have been studying this forum and it seems that the versa suddenly has become obsolete, literally overnight. Although the discount offered is a nice touch, the 30 days to use it is not. You can do better.
