Versa - black screen

My Fitbit screen has gone black. I have tried to restart it - the Fitbit logo comes on but then disappears and goes back to black. The vibrations still work as does the green heart monitor lights. 
earlier today the screen would not ‘go to sleep’, now it will not ‘wake up’. Anyway besides Twitter that I can get hold of customer services?

Same issue for me...very frustrating. Seems to be a Versa 2 issue.

Hi @Jilly33 , thank you for informing us about your situation. Could you please confirm if you already tried restarting your Versa 2?How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Can you identify any reaction during the restart? (vibration, text or logo on the display,etc)

I reset and had the logo appear and now it is also losing time and going black screen often.
