Versa black screen

I'm Versa screen is black. It's charged, the app confirms this. I tried holding down all 3 buttons but nothing happens.

I have been giving a discount code to buy a new one because nothing
seems to work.

I will not be purchasing a new one though.
I am very disappointed that after spending over $200 on something it
doesn't last for more than 2 years.
I am better off to be a cheap one on Amazon if they are going to break
every 2 years.

Mijn fitbit versa is 0 % en laadt niet meer op. Ik heb wel in de tuin gewerkt met zand en handschoenen. Ik heb geprobeerd voor alle 3 de knopjes in te blijven duwen maar geen succes. Deze is al zeker 2 a 3 jaar oud. Is hij Stuk? Groetjes Nancy havermans
