My fitbit is one year old. It is fully charged but the screen is blank. I have tried resetting it and everything. Looking through these posts it seems this is happening to everyone! I'm very frustrated!

@michellekeasler it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not turning on, even though you have restarted it before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the screen gets back to life.
Keep me posted on the outcome!

I have tried all of this and a factory reset to no avail.

I've had this same issue, and it appears to be quite common. My Fitbit is only about 7 months old, which is WAY shorter than a device this pricey should last. I'm quite disappointed, especially since I have a race coming up and I clearly won't be able to use my Fitbit for it. What's the point of a fitness tracker that can't track your fitness?
