So angry and frustrated. My Versa (less than a month old) has died this morning, nothing, nada, zero, blank screen. It won't charge up it won't do anything. It was fine yesterday with a full charge not this morning nothing and I lost a whole work out!

Woke to a blank screen this morning, thought it needed charging, looked after on charge a while, still blank. Checked the app, it had tracked my steps and said it was charged. Still blank screen, it vibrates and HRM flashes. Help please....

Hello dear,
Please try this following steps.
Afterwards if didn't happen then you have to contact fitbit customer care and you need to replace your watch . I have same problem with blank screen so they give me new one .

My versa 2 went blank ,had it only a wk called customer service went over the reset nothing sending me a new one .Surely hope things go better with the new one ...I really like the watch but I think fitbit has some bugs to work out.
