Versa blank screen

So angry and frustrated. My Versa (less than a month old) has died this morning, nothing, nada, zero, blank screen. It won't charge up it won't do anything. It was fine yesterday with a full charge not this morning nothing and I lost a whole work out!

I am having the same issue and the restart process does not work for me. My fit bit is not under warranty any more so this is just a total loss for me. I am upset right now because I love my versa but will never purchase another one.

I did buy a Samsung active 2. And I do like some of the upgrade features.
But really liked my fitbit more. Im in same boat will not by another.
Just a year and half and it dies and basically they are just like screw you
it's out of warranty not our problem. .

Yes it is the 2nd time this has happened. The first time I was under warranty and they sent me this one. Now a little over a year later the same thing.. Then they offer me 30% discount for a new one. I dont think so. I will look into the samsung. Thank you

In complete agreement. I've had two devices fail in 14 mos. Fairly annoyed with the lack of concern from "customer service" ...

If they think im going to give them any more of my money they are crazy. I will do without. I purchased a versa 2 for my daughter christmas. I will see how that one works. All the best to you. Be safe.

I am so angry with Fitbit customer service. My watch screen went black today. Tried to reset and turning it on again. But it did not work. started a chat with Fitbit customer service and followed all the instructions that they gave me. 

At the end, even after following their instruction the screen did not turn ON. The customer service, then asked me about the model of my watch and the retailer that I purchased it. Right after I provided this info, he terminated the chat. Now when I login into my account, I cannot even start a new Chat, I see a message that say: "Sorry, that page is following a different trail."

Really? It is like a big scam to me.

Im sorry this happened to you also.

I had two Versa's go black screen in a little over two years. I was out of warranty and they could not help. I think (NO I know). This product is flawed. They offered me 30% off another one. No thanks. Going back to my INVICTA life.

I now have an Apple Watch (no problems) and a bag of 5 broken versa watches!

Yep I gave up after my firth one stoped working. Fitbit refuse to except there is a major issue yet still market the watch! I now have an Apple Watch and I love it.

I would definitely try again but unfortunately all they will offer is a replacement which WILL go wrong again (believe me) I have 5 of the ruddy things in my draw. The company refuse to admit there is a problem with their product!
My advice is save your money and get a Garmin or Apple Watch.

My son uses apple products.  He has had no issue with his iwatch that's 3 years old. Versa can't even make 1 and a half

I love the product when it works. Unfortunately ... two dead ducks is enough for me. 

Both have failed in the exact same way. Suspicious!
