So angry and frustrated. My Versa (less than a month old) has died this morning, nothing, nada, zero, blank screen. It won't charge up it won't do anything. It was fine yesterday with a full charge not this morning nothing and I lost a whole work out!

I only got a 25%... consider yourself lucky!
Consider yourself luckier if you skip Fitbit altogether!
Did not know about Invicta brand wearables ... will check it out. I have come to rely on such a device, I guess I can thank Fitbit for that -- never again with their brand, but I must replace Fitbit with something!
Sorry for your waste of money with Fitbit. I love the Apple Watch, but am running Droid in the rest of my life.
Know anything about the Garmin brand wearables?
Best AnswerMy experience the same ... two dead fitbits in 14 mos.
Daughter on same Apple watch over 3 years.

Best AnswerHello,
Can i ask, was this ever resolved? I have the same issue and the watch is just over a year old.
Thanks.
Best AnswerHello,
My versa has recently encountered this issue, i have restarted several times and no screen functionality. It vibrates when i am called, green light on flickering on the back for the heartbeat sensor etc but the screen is blank. Sometimes it looks like it is dimly lit with the back light but nothing more. How can i resolve this? It is about 1yr 4 months old so relatively new.
Thanks.
Best AnswerYes , it can be solved you need to send full details not your watch and afterwards they will send complaint number then in A4 size paper you have to write it with big numbers and show your broken watch and send them this process will take little bit longer and if you have this from any of the store they will replace you immediately. If you had bought it from Amazon then it will take time you need to contact Fitbit customer care all process will done via email
