yesterday but watch kept vibrating! i had charged it to full that night and when i got home it was at 52%. i contacted fitbit thinking maybe my battery was going and they told me what to do and get back to them, right after the chat ended my watch started vibrating again, then a green line and the screen would not work. i put it on the charger and this morning i went and the screen was black and i could not get it to turn on so i contacted them again and all was said was they would give me a 25% discount and ended the chat!!!!!!!!!! now the green light on the back is not on.

Hi there @kyleescott, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about your Versa's recent behavior. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for your efforts in trying to fix your watch, I'll be glad to help you with this.

If you've exhausted all troubleshooting steps to fix your watch and contacted our Support Team, but are not satisfied or agree with the resolution of your case, please get in touch with our them again or you can check our warranty policies here for a better understanding of the information that they provided to you.

However, If you haven't done so yet, as per the description of your post it seems that the battery of your Fitbit may not be charging properly and therefore does not turn on. I recommend that you follow these steps (or please confirm that you've followed them as described below):

  • Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
  • If the error "insufficient power source" appears on your device's screen, remove other devices plugged in to your power source, or plug your device in to another source.
  • Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  • Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  • Restart your Fitbit once again. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps, if you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to our team again so they can continue assisting you.
