Versa blank screen

Hello. My Versa 3 (Fitbit 3.60) has a blank screen. It appears to still be tracking data. It will synch. But the watch is not responsive to pressing buttons. Any thoughts? Thanks

Hi there, @Blankyscreen. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa.

Please restart your Versa as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I am having this same issue on and off since 6/3. These restarts do not work

Thanks. The restart doesn’t do anything.  I can no longer change clock face because one of the recommendations was to forget the device, which I did. But I can’t pair the device because the app tells me to enter the pin number displayed in the versa screen. But the versa is blank !
