Help! I got my Versa 2 months ago and it was working fine - when I went to bed last night I noticed the screen was blank and not syncing. I charged it all night and got up this morning and it is blank.
- I have tried holding every combination of the Buttons imaginable for more than 10 seconds, sometimes I get a vibration sometimes not.
- the green light flashes on the back
-it is recording steps and syncing but doesn’t seem to hold a charge
- screen seems to respond every once in a while when I hold it in with a flash
- judging from this forum, this is seems VERY common
Been a FitBit user since the beginning, but wondering if this technology is too much? I could have bought an Apple Watch for a little more money.
Its only been 2 months and I bought it at Costco.
wondering what else I can do?
disappointed!!!!
