I’m going crazy! 😫 My Versa screen is black, nothing is working. Most of you write that you can reset to factory settings but I can’t see a thing on my screen! So I don’t know when to let go of the one button and even worse, I have an alarm that keeps vibrating and I can’t turn it off!
Only by pressing all three buttons and then it makes a restart, but the alarm starts again right after the reset is done? 😫 I can sync the Versa on my phone and I get notifications, the screen is just completely black? 😔

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this display issue. If your watch isn't turning on, I recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and make sure those are the steps you followed in order to restart the unit.

I’ve done all of that and I can feel it vibrating and actually making the reset but my screen is still blank? I Don’t know what more to do. I get my notifications and it syncs, but the screen is still blank all the time?...
