My Versa is tracking steps but the face is blank, it is fully charged and on the back of it, one of the LEDs is lit red.  The 2nd one from the left of the 4 LEDs.  I've tried to reboot it but the Fitbit symbol does not show up.  Any suggestions?

Hi there, @zajorest. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out. 

Since the restart hasn't worked, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. 

If the issue persists even after following the above suggestion, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.
