Versa blank screen

My versa is not working, it says fully charged when synced with my phone, but my screen remains black...

Any thoughts... I remember declining an app  for donation and the next day my screen is Off, and would not turn back on

Hi there, @Michaela02. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa screen is blank. I understand where your concern is coming from. I'm here to help you! 

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
