Versa broken?

I went on a trip last week and my Versa has been very confused. Mostly, it's Bluetooth does not seem to be communicating with any device. (Samsung S8+ and iPad Pro)

I did a factory reset and now I don't know what to do. It's not syncing at all. Help!

After a factory reset you will need to setup the tracker as if it was a new device. Have you done this yet?

Normally a factory reset or removing the tracker from the account will only add problem's.

Thanks. I will try that. All the Versa says is that I need to download the FitBit app. What do I do if none of my devices recognize the Versa now?

Ok you have downloaded the app onto one of your unknown devices. Your Versa for not show up on any Bluetooth list on all of your devices.

Let's choose one device and perform an add device to add the versa to your Fitbit account.

At what step does it fail and I you get any errors.

I'm heading out to work

Both my phone and my iPad just have a whirling circle, trying to locate the Versa. Then it says "No bluetooth devices nearby"

When going to the respective Bluetooth menus in the phone and iPad. The Versa can not be listed as a trusted device
