Hello @SwannyC
Can you tell if it has dust or debris around the side button? If your side button appears/feels jammed try taking something like a straight pin and try to clean around the button. It’s quite “possibly” just dirty. I’m crossing my fingers that’s all it is.
😃 Please keep me posted

Hello
I contacted them because I couldn't connect versa with the mobile app,
after I did a factory reset because the screen was frozen. This was the reason why I was looking for help.
I finally managed to connect the fitbit with the mobile app, but it turned out that the fitbit "thinks" is completely new
and leads me through a shortened introduction, for example, which button is it for, etc.
Unfortunately, I am stuck on the left button, which does not work. I tried to clean the space around it, but to no results.
The battery is 70% charged, wait until it is discharged, it may help.
Kind regards

Hello MegaBite
I took your advice,
I tried to clean the space around the button but unfortunately it fits very well,
that nothing can be inserted beyond the corner of the paper, I tried with the needle tip,
unfortunately the thinnest needle is too thick, I also tried a hard toothbrush also to no avail.
The battery is 70% charged, I will wait until the fitbit is discharged, maybe it will give a positive result

Hello @SwannyC
I’m hoping letting it fully charge might help but I’m honestly doubtful. I dug around a bit and found this thread here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Other-Versa-Smartwatches/Left-button-not-working/td-p/3500900/page/4
Individuals here are describing using a few drops of 70% isopropyl on the left button using a cotton swab. I’ve personally have never tried that as my button has never become stuck. If your still within your warranty of your Versa I’d call Fitbit Customer and address your issue with them and ask about warranty coverage. If your out of warranty you can try what these individuals are describing in the thread in the link. I can’t say it will work or not but it’s honestly up to you. I personally would try it myself only if I was completely out of warranty and all other things I tried failed.
😃 I do hope that thread can assist you in some way. I’m crossing my fingers for you. Please let me know what you decide and how it works out.
