Versa button not working

Both my husband and me bought last year a Versa Smartwatch. His one is working fine but mine started some days to have problems : the button left side is not working. I reset to factory settings and cleaned it according to this post

I bought my smart version at a shop inside AMS airport and they ask to resend the watch to them for analyses. I really hope Fitbit offers a replacement as this kind of problems are known.

I appreciate very much your after sales service. As i bought my product at the airport duty free shop, i must return it to them for the warranty claim. The watch is now mailed to them. Hope to get a replacement back soon as i need it for my health. have a nice day Monique
