What am I to do when I am experiencing internal issues with my device? My device is responsive and none of the buttons work. I have reached out to Fitbit support multiple times and they told me it was a hardware issue and I should check on my warranty. The display has stopped working on my device and along with the buttons on it. How would I fix the difficulty I am facing with my device so I can get it back up and running.

And did you check on the warranty as advised? Hardware problems are generally not reparable.

Yes I did and I the warranty is still good

And did you tell Fitbit support that it is still in warranty? If so, what was their response?
