I’ve had my versa for about a year. After swimming yesterday my buttons stopped responding. I’ve tried resetting it, and cleaning it, and nothing has worked.

@Erinbethk welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the buttons won't work even though you have restarted your watch and cleaned it before contacting our forums.
Please try using a hair dryer around the buttons. Make sure that the hair dryer is not too close the watch. After this, check out if the buttons work properly.
