Trying to set up my brand new versa, straight out the box.
After a few hours, the screen shows the logo with a blue bar on left hand side. Wasn’t showing in the app. Have reset app and tried to reset watch. Removed device from app and tried to set up numerous times but watch cannot be found. Any tips or advice are welcome. Very disappointed.

@KaronKelly welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it can't be set up and it's stuck on the Fitbit logo. Thank you for trying the process before contacting our forums.
Please let me know what is the brand and model of the phone you are trying to set up your Versa with. If possible, provide a picture of the screen of your Versa where it stays stuck. You can find the steps in order to learn how to add images to your posts in this thread.
In the meantime, make sure that you are following the setup process as described in this help article.
