I can’t set up , actually the Phone number doesn’t work, I am reading many negative comments. I just bought I started to him this device . Versa.

Please let me know what is the brand and model of the phone you are trying to set up your Fitbit watch with. In the meantime, make sure that you are following the setup process as described in this help article.
