Versa 2 is not working even after the restart and charging it gives a blank page. Also it keeps crashing my phone(android8).
This watch is pricey and that is very frustrating. Please fix this!!

Let me help you with your unresponsive Versa 2 and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try changing the clock face on your Versa 2.
How is your phone crashing? Your Versa 2 can affect your phone as it only connects via bluetooth.

My phone operation is slow and whenever I scan it errors are found from the fitbit app plus the app itself pops out a message that it is no longer responding so the phone puts it to sleep.
