I bought my Versa in November and now it doesn't want to swipe nothing, I don't believe that they are water proof cause I've seen moisture where my sensors are on the back. Buttons all work, but won't respond to resetting with the buttons, and can't swipe to do it the factory reset. They are just sending me a new one but still doesn't fix the problem. To expensive to keep having the same problem!

Hello @Jess2160 thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. I am sorry for the late response.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with your Fitbit Versa. Thank you for letting me know that you've already contacted our Support team and you're getting a replacement. I appreciate your time and feedback, we're constantly working on improving our devices and user experiences.
All Fitbit trackers and watches are water-resistant, which means they're rain-proof and splash-proof and can stand up to even the sweatiest workout. Fitbit Versa is swim-proof in a lake, pool, or ocean (up to 50 meters). I believe you shouldn't experience any difficulties with your replacement device and can continue reaching your fitness goals!
Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.
