Versa can't synced with HTC U11+

I tried to paired with Samsung, and Huawei honor with my versa, they all work, but not HTC U11+.

The HTC phone is not on the Supported devices list so that is probably why it is not working. If a phone isnt on the list it may still work and not be fully tested yet or it may have problems. It sounds like the HTC has problems syncing with Fitbits.

Thanks Nelly for the prompt reply. Actually, it worked pretty good 2 months ago, and suddenly it did not work anymore in one day. Now, I have to sync with Samsung Mobile first, then I can view the data with my HTC U11+, data won't be lost, but I can't get message/call alert with versa, as I used HTC as my current mobile. 

I don't know why Fitbit does not aggressively to work on mobile phones others than Apple and Samsung, the support list of other phones are quite outdated.
