Versa cannot turn on

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have my versa since 6 months ago and it was working fine until yesterday. It suddenly went off and I cannot turn it on again.

Pressing 2 or 3 and holding them down for a minute or two does not do anything, mo vibration or turning on screen. I have recharged it afterwards overnight and press and hold these buttons again, but no changes.

Is there anything I can do? Thank you.

@Regata welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

@JuanJoFitbit thank you for your reply. I have also tried charging. The versa was only getting hot “as if it was charging” but does not do anything else.

What can I do next? If there is nothing can be done, what should I do with my versa..

@Regata I'm sorry for the late response. However, I appreciate the time spent with the troubleshooting steps shared above.

Since you mentioned that your Versa got hot when charging it, I'll send your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution. You will receive an email from them soon.

this has happened to mine, they have sent a replacement which could be a refurbished watch. Why do we get a used watch when we paid for a new working watch?

I have a case open but not getting anywhere.
