Versa cannot update

Hi,

 

I’m trying to update my Versa, in order to change my clock face. I would really try the new SpO2 Signature.

 

My FitBit is currently 32.10.15 and I know I should update at least to 38.6.1.1.

 

So I updated the Fitbit app to the last version and then I plug the USB charger to my pc to do the fitbit update, but it said it’s already updated, even if the version remains 32.10.15.

 

Can you please help me?
