I just ordered a new charger because i cant get my fitbit to charge on the old one. I assume this is the issue. It wasnt holding a charge for very long and now wont charge at all. I was wondering if there is a warranty on my charger, i bought the versa with charger in December 2018.

@Jloweonthego - Please check out the trouble shooting tips in this link. They may help. I’ve found it especially important to keep my contacts clean since I tend to wear sun screen and hand lotion. I clean the contacts on my Versa and on my charger. Please try these tips and let us know if they help.

@Jloweonthego The advice given by @SunsetRunner is excellent. Every user of every device needs to do this to keep things running smoothly. My first thought, when you said that you Versa wasn't holding a charge very long, is that this is a battery issue, not a charger issue. You might need to contact Support if you think this is a battery issue instead of a charger issue.
