My Versa has lately lost charge more quickly. Today it was not syncing. I put it on the charger and it got very hot to the touch. Now, I can't see anything. It won't reset. When I put it on the charger- nothing happens. I cleaned it and still nothing happens. Noe of the buttons function- the screen is completely black. I checked my app and it has not synced since yesterday morning.
