Versa charging issues

My Versa Fitbit is having problems charging. It states it is charging, charges up to 38% after 24 hours, if I leave it on the charger, it might read 18% charged after an hour.

@MJD284, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's experiencing charging issues.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After trying these steps, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it charges completely.
