Versa clock and time yah screen not working

Hi!  I have restarted my Versa many times.  Sometimes the clock will appear sometimes it won’t.  When it does appear I cannot scroll to any info.  One reason I did get the Versa as a gift was for the heart monitoring which is very important for me.  To check on my steps I have to check my app.  I shouldn’t have to wear a blank screen on my arm.  I am truly disappointed with Fitbit.

Hi @elflakey, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit forums.

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa screen stopped working properly. I totally understand how you feel about this By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

  1. On the device, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive).
  3. When the device vibrates, release all buttons.
  4. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup.
  5. Set up your watch as a new device and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
