Versa clock error issue

Have the versa and got the clock error issue after a few months. downloaded a new clock face and it never took. tried another face and now it says " there is another clock install in progress and to please wait for it to finish before installing a new one." i have been waiting for 2 weeks and nothing. don't know what else to do.

Some clock faces may take a long time to install due to the size of the clock face. In this case it's recommended to connect the watch to Wi-Fi when installing clock faces or apps.
