My clock face just changed on its own! I felt a little buzz, so I looked to see what the notification was, and the logo went grey and then the face changed from my cool digital face to a plain jane analog face. What is up with that? And is there some easy way to find my other face? Something faster than scrolling through hundreds of faces?

@NorthwestRunner welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with the issue that your Versa is experiencing since the clock face changed by itself.
I would like to know if the clock face that was changed was a third party one. If so, please try using a clock face developed by Fitbit. If the issue happens again, restart your Versa as described in this help article and see if the issue gets fixed.
Regarding your question, unluckily there is not a faster way to scroll through the clock faces, just the was that is described in this help article.
Keep me posted on the outcome! ![]()
Best AnswerHello Juan JoFitbit.
The clock face that changed was a third party one (I think), but I'd had it for months before it just changed on it's own the other day. And yes, I scrolled through quite a few before I found it again. All good at this point, just weird! Thank you so much for replying. I really appreciate it!

@NorthwestRunner thank you for getting back and providing more details. It does seem weird but don't hesitate to get back if you see something unusual with the clock face again.

@patdewalt I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
If you don't know the name of the clock face that your Versa had before and you need to change it, please restart your watch to factory settings. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.
Let me know how it goes! 😀
Best AnswerI have the same problem. Brand new Versa 2. I think it has something to do with the motion sensor. I've tried changing any and all settings, but the clock face keeps reverting to one that I never asked for and I don't want! And the same thing happens with any clock face I choose, whether Fitbit or third party. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!! I want the watch I installed and not this other one (photo attached)!!!!

@ernietickner, I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the clock face changes on its own. I know how frustrating this is for you.
I'd like you to try the factory reset process as described in my previous post. After this, select the clock face that you want and monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
I'll be around if more assistance is needed.
