If you have changed clock faces, I suggest switching to a Fitbit standard clock face, at least temporarily, to see if it is just a problem with that particular clock face. We see sometimes that clock faces others have developed suddenly stop working.

I'd like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the great advice that shared my friend @JohnnyRow.
In case the issue persists after changing the clock face, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your tracker internally.

I have the same problem with my Versa. I'll try the fixes suggested and see what happens. Thanks to all.
I had already tried the "restart" "shut down" suggestions, didn't help. I just changed the clock face and that has worked. Thank you all for your help.
