I have troubles with my Versa, the screen isblack and does not light up. Even not in the charger.
I have tried to reset it by py pushing the three buttons, but no succes at all. Only thing I can image is that it is fully empty, which is quite strange as it was 97% loaded stis Saterday. I am not sure if it can light up to show the battery capacity percentage left, as it normally does? I have left it in the charger yesterday and last night, but no luck.... Any suggestions, this is really a tough one....By the way: it is not connected to my phone, I have two Versas, a new one (I wear it now and it is connected). I wear the other one (that is dow now) for rough sports and swimming, then I switch Versas by disconnecting the one and connecting the other). I just explain this because I am not sure that not being connected to the phone might be an issue. It keeps me from working on setting through the app, naturally...
