Versa connected GPS not working

Hi. 


I’ve tried to do 2 exercises recently (1 Bike and 1 run) but the watch doesn’t register distance / route at all. It does Heart Rate / Time / and elevation but nothing else ......

 

it’s a Versa original ..... I am running Strava on my phone at the same time (yes I know they sync anyway so no need to do both, it’s just a back up). 
But I’ve been able to track on both at the same time before. 

Any ideas ?
