My Versa isn’t syncing all the time and is losing time. I’m also not receiving Notifications of messages or calls on my versa. I’ve checked for updates and there don’t appear to be any. I’ve had problems with syncing before. Very frustrating especially losing time. 😩

To further investigate the connection difficulties you;re experiencing with your Fitbit Versa, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced such difficulties and how many times since then?
In the meantime I receive your answers, you can try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? to fix the syncing difficulties you're currently experiencing. Since Fitbit devices use your mobile device's information to display the time with the syncing process, once you troubleshoot this inconvenience, the time will be corrected. Yay! Figured it out! It was my iPad connecting instead of my phone. Great advice.
