Versa connection difficulties

My Versa isn’t syncing all the time and is losing time. I’m also not receiving Notifications of messages or calls on my versa. I’ve checked for updates and there don’t appear to be any. I’ve had problems with syncing before. Very frustrating especially losing time. 😩

To further investigate the connection difficulties you;re experiencing with your Fitbit Versa, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced such difficulties and how many times since then? 

 

In the meantime I receive your answers, you can try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? to fix the syncing difficulties you're currently experiencing. Since Fitbit devices use your mobile device's information to display the time with the syncing process, once you troubleshoot this inconvenience, the time will be corrected. For notifications, please check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Hi Ricardo,
I have an iPhone 11 which has been updated with all available updates.
I have had this problem for approx 4 days snd I contacted your helpline and spoke to someone who went through all the different things possible to rectify my problem. The case no is 37012928.

I woke up this morning and my Fitbit had list 40 mins over night and sound not sync again this morning. I had to do a shutdown and restart the Fitbit before it would even consider doing a sync. This is very frustrating as I need my Fitbit working correctly for my work and fitness regime.

I have checked to see if there are any updates, the last one I did was in the 24th July. On the forum there are others with the same problem.

I would really appreciate your assistance as I’m becoming very disillusioned with Fit bit as I’ve had problems in the past.

Yay! Figured it out! It was my iPad connecting instead of my phone. Great advice.
