Hi
My Versa is going nuts! It stopped being responsive to touch a couple of days ago. I have reset it half a dozen times and it's not helped.
It is now vibrating every 3 seconds and flickering between my clock face and "Screen Wake" and "notifications " settings. I had to take it off overnight as it was keeping me awake.
Does anyone have any suggestions about what i can do to fix this? Thanks

@LainieG01 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear about your Versa constantly vibrating. Try doing a Factory Reset by going to settings > about > Factory Reset. You can also try letting the battery completely die and charge it a few hours after it has been inactive.

I've tried resetting it numerous times, and that hasn't helped. Letting the battery run down has resolved the vibrating issue, however it is still unresponsive to touch.

It will need to be replaced. You will need to contact FitBit support.
