A couple of months ago my versa all of a sudden got a couple of lines on the sides of my watch. 45 days after posting my issue I was given the advice to restart the watch. Well, that advice didn't work even after I was actually able to do that on my own the day it happened. Today I was swimming and the watch would randomly go to alarm mode. Then it shut down, showing 0% battery, it was at 89% two hours before. Came home, put it on the charger and the backlight will not shut off so my 100% battery lasted less than 2 hours. This is my 2nd fitbit in 3 years because of it just suddenly stop working.
Can anyone from Fitbit actually help with this issue? If not I'll be looking for a different brand(which I really don't want to do)
I'd appreciate a little quicker response than 45 days.
