Versa counting steps when I'm driving

Hello, I'm having a lot of trouble with my Versa. It's counting extra steps when I'm driving. On my drive to and from work each day it counts up an extra 3000 steps. I've searched online for this "drivebit" app but can't find it on fitbit or play store. Please help!

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is counting steps when you're driving. Thank you for trying to find a solution before contacting us. Your watch has been tested against driving and riding in buses, trains, and other public transportation and shouldn’t add steps when you’re traveling under normal conditions. 

 

However, if you are getting extra steps during your commute, instead of using a third party app to delete them, I would recommend manually logging a driving activity. For more information, please be so kind to visit this article.
