I have that same problem I need to know how to zero it out so it will read my steps and not everytime my wrist move.

@Princesskearaly A warm welcome to our Community!

Let me help you with your step count from your Versa. Your device will detect the movement on your arm and translate that movement into steps. There are situations in which your arm may move but you won't be actually walking. For example, this may happen when you are playing the drums, burping a baby or clapping. It can also happen when driving. You can negate these steps by logging a driving activity. You can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand but select that hand as dominant on the device’s settings to make it less sensitive to movement.

Let me know how it goes.

Mine never use to count steps with simple arm moments but now it is. I use to love the fact it would only count real steps.

Same here!  I am ready to send this back and use my old one.  I don't like this "enhancement".

So a FitBit is basically, for most people, a step tracker.  It is now not reliable for it's intended purpose.  I am sending this "enhanced" version back and going back to my 3 year old one.
