Versa cracked screen

I’ve had fit bit trackers for years. Like the concept. While vacationing/boating swimming I noticed a crack in the corner. I do not recall hitting device or any excessive wear. It was an unusually warm day. I have contacted Fitbit. Sent my case number and photo of the device. Waiting to see what happens. But have since read comments the company will most likely do nothing. I ordered directly from Fitbit  so more than likely from what I have read I can’t return like others have who have purchased from an outside seller.  If that is the case I will not purchase another Fitbit item again!  Keeping my fingers crossed but not holding my breath. Ugh.

@DaniKied, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with your damaged Versa. For physical damage the best approach is letting our Support team know as they are the ones who can review the issue and provide options. They will base their response on the Fitbit's warranty.

Let me know how it goes.

This was my answer from Fitbit. And I will not be purchasing another Fitbit product again since I feel I did nothing directly to create the crack in the screen and believe it happened due to a hot day and temperature change while swimming.
End of story.
Danielle.
