Hi my screen has cracked on my Fitbit versa - can this be replaced or repaired?

@JenFranco There's no way of replacing cracked screen. I am afraid at this point you might have to reach out to Customer Support. 😞 Here's the link to Customer Support page.

@JenFranco thank you for participating in our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I was able to get in touch with our Support team in regards the cracked screen of your Versa and was told that they assisted you via chat.

 

I really understand how you feel and we appreciate your feedback since this helps us to keep improving.
