hello everyone,

Since last night i noticed that my screen colors were damaged. I turned it off, restarted it, reset factory settings and now it wont charge and open. Is it dead for good?

@nicolettapet welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on or charge even though you have restarted it and performed a factory reset.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it. After trying these steps, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the your Versa gets back to life.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy
