Versa dies everyday

I charge my Versa to 100% everyday and it dies in less than 24 hours (even on days that I don't workout). How do I keep this from happening??? OR do I need a replacement? I've only had this watch a few months.

Nothing is working! My Fitbit battery dies everyday! I've tried resetting to factory settings. I've tried charging through USB. I've changed the face to one without stats... NOTHING is working! It feels like my Versa is on the charger more than my arm. This is unacceptable! What specifically can I do to get my Versa to work properly and maintain its battery life?
