Versa dead/black screen

2 days ago my heart rate monitor became very inaccurate so I tried to restart it and did nothing and so I then then did a factory reset and it did nothing. Then the screen become non responsive so tried to do a hard reset but after multiple times was unsuccessful and then the watch just died. It had 100% battery when it happen. I heard charge 3 had similar issues , has any Versa people got a similar issue? Mine is fully dead with no response. Still waiting for a reply from Fitbit on Twitter help.

Mine died this this morning with a charge. Black screen, totally unresponsive. I tried to do a soft reset and a factory reset but nothing is working.  My app even says “no device found”

I have same issue versa completely dead anyone any ideas on how to fix thanks

Yes. Mine is dead. It was lighting up while on the charger, now it just quite alltogether. November I will have owned it one year. Isnt there some kind of warranty for Versas?

a year seemingly a common fault

Mine totally did the EXACT same thing 5 days ago or so  Can't do a thing to get it to charge or come on

Mine is the same issues. I called tech support their only solution was to give me a discount on a less expensive Fitbit not a versa and when I stated I hadn’t had it a year he looked into my warranty and basically said no since I bought it from Target not Fitbit.com. All this started when they forced updates and the new versa 2 info was released.

My versa just died today.  It was working fine until I got it off charge.  I'm going to call fitbit in the morning.  This is the 2nd versa that has stopped working.

I'll add mine to the dead screen lot.  Started getting coloured lines last night.  Can turn it on but display moves to top third of the screen and it dims to black straight away. Had mine for 9 months and loved it , luckier than some but disappointed that something this expensive has failed.

Thanks. I have sent them an email with a photo but I assume since it is 9
months old they are probably going to have some kind of warranty loophole
to get out of replacing it.

Give customer service a call to see if you can get assistance with
restarting or replacing your Versa.
