2 days ago my heart rate monitor became very inaccurate so I tried to restart it and did nothing and so I then then did a factory reset and it did nothing. Then the screen become non responsive so tried to do a hard reset but after multiple times was unsuccessful and then the watch just died. It had 100% battery when it happen. I heard charge 3 had similar issues , has any Versa people got a similar issue? Mine is fully dead with no response. Still waiting for a reply from Fitbit on Twitter help.

Me too, isnt that a slap in the face, Apple would never do that. I had a problem with a Apple phone out of warranty, but from a non apple store, they sent me a BRAND new apple phone, with a smile

My fitbit rep wasn't as helpful. Its ok shrug, it was a mother's day gift that I babied. I'm in healthcare when my patients ask me about trackers, I offer nothing but options and my personal experience with fitbit. I was just looking to see if there was a new fix before I threw it away.

We'll, that's unfortunate. Just keep trying to get it replaced. I hope that you get the replacement.
