My versa is 2 years old ,suddenly battery started draining very fast ( hardly lasted <24 hours) . I placed it on charge today , last I saw ,it was at 80% and charging . After an hour or so when I came to check ,Versa was switched off and wouldn't turn on ,neither would it get charged.
I have tried to perform factory reset by pressing all 3 buttons ,but it doesn't turn back on .
Can someone help ?
