Versa deletes my messages before I see them

Hi, my Versa will receive the messages. It will not keep them on there to look at them. When I go to check them, it says all caught up here. Any suggestion to fix it ?

Hi there @blueyz44, thanks for stopping by. Thanks for the details provided in your post, I'll be glad to help you about your inquiry about the text messages deleted on your Versa before you have the chance to see them.

First of all, I'd recommend taking in consideration the following information:

  • If you clear a notification from your device, the notification is removed from your phone's notification center. If you clear a notification from your phone, the notification is removed from your device.
  • To delete 1 notification, tap the notification > Clear.
  • To delete all notifications at once, swipe to the top of your notifications and tap Clear All.
  • For longer notifications, tap the notification to see the full message. 
  • To exit the notifications screen, press the back button or swipe up.

Also, I wondered if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Fitbit products are compatible with most devices that have the following operating systems: Apple iOS 12.2 and higher, Android OS 7.0 and higher.

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
