Versa device. Snapchat notifications quit working.

My Snapchat notifications quit working a few days ago. All my other notifications are still working. I have tried restarting my Versa and phone. Also tried removing and reinstalling the Fitbit app and nothing has fixed the problem.

Let me help you with your Snapchat notifications. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? Lets try refreshing the link between your phone and your Versa by doing the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S9. I tried all the things you mentioned but it still did not fix the problem.
