Versa didn't sync long walk

Hi,

 

Yesterday i did a 50km walk, which took about 9 hours.
I registered everything via the exercise mode and i linked it to my phone's GPS.

 

Everything went great, except that when I now want to look at the map or my tempo/km, it doesn't show on my fitbit app (the little wheel just keeps turning).

 

When I want to look at the exercise on my desktop, I see the little map, but when I try to click on it, I get an error message.


Can you please help me?

I was having that issue too with any walk longer than about 12-15 km.  However, I set mine up a second time and the next walk I did, which was 20 k, loaded completely and I got the map.  It did not make the previous hikes load, however.  They are still spinning...alas.

 

Try setting up as a replacement tracker and see if that helps.
