Versa died after pool time

I have an above ground pool. I like to walk laps in it during hot weather for exercise. I had always taken my Versa off for this, but after reading up on it, decided to wear it to track my efforts  

 

After wearing it in the water twice, it’s now totally dead & will not charge. I’ve had it for over a year. What now?

Update: today I spoke with a customer service rep. The issue has been resolved 😊

Mine died today after some pool time as well.  I'm sad because I really like tracking my steps while in the pool.

After contacting customer service, it was determined there was another issue that caused mine to stop working.  They’ve instructed me to return for a replacement 😊
